Bulk Fueling

Lubricant delivery for fleets and equipment

Lubricants keep the same iron running that the diesel fills. Engine oil, hydraulic oil, and gear oil belong on a scheduled drop, in a tank, a tote, or drums the shop can actually store.

What belongs in this search

Use the lubricants search when the order is oil, not diesel. The list keeps distributors who publish lubricant delivery and cover the ZIP. A strong diesel program with no oil service stays off this list.

Put the product and the gallons in the quote. Engine oil, hydraulic oil, and gear oil are different fills. If the order is drums or totes instead of a metered tank, say the package and how many. Grease and a pound quantity belong in the notes.

Keep it with the fuel stop when you can

A shop that already takes a diesel drop can often take oil on the same visit when that distributor sells both. Choose lubricants if oil is what you are short, and write the diesel gallons in the notes. Send a second quote when the profile lists only one of them.

Ask the minimum, the viscosity they stock, and whether used oil pickup is part of the stop. Those answers come from the distributor.

Questions

Are lubricants the same as diesel?

No. Lubricants are the oils and greases the equipment uses. Diesel is the fuel it burns. Pick lubricants when oil is the order.

Can I order drums instead of a bulk tank?

Yes. Write the package, the count, and the product in the notes. Gallons still tell the distributor the size of the order.
