Off-road diesel for farms, pits, and plants

The tank is at the farm, the pit, or the plant. The quote has to use that ZIP, and the fuel has to be the one that equipment is allowed to burn.

Dyed diesel is the usual product

Eligible off-road equipment is why dyed diesel exists as a separate order from clear ULSD. Bulk Fueling does not certify the equipment. It filters to distributors who deliver dyed diesel and cover the pin.

A quarry and a farm in the same county can still be different truck problems. Soft roads, scale houses, and a tank on the back forty are notes, not surprises for the driver.

Keep the highway trucks on ULSD

The pickup or the dump truck that uses the public road is not an off-road tank. If both fuels are on the property, say which tank is which and the gallons of each. A single “diesel” line is how the wrong product shows up.

Seasonal draws change the minimum. A harvest week may clear a transport. A winter maintenance fill may need a wagon. Tell them the season you are actually in.

Questions

Can a highway distributor appear in this search?

Only if they also sell dyed diesel and cover the ZIP. ULSD-only listings stay out of the dyed filter.

What if the pit is outside their radius?

They need a radius that reaches it, a listed city, or a listed state. Otherwise they are not a match, however close the office looks.
