How a distributor claims a Bulk Fueling listing

A claim does nothing until it is approved. After approval, the company sets a password and edits its own profile and leads.

What you send

On a published profile that has no login yet, the claim form asks for a name, email, phone, and a short note about why the listing is yours. A pending claim already on that company blocks a second one. Bulk Fueling reviews it. Approval sends an invite so you can set a password.

If the directory created the listing, an admin can invite you directly. Either path ends in one company login tied to that listing. An email that already has an account cannot take a second company through the same invite.

What you can change, and what you cannot

The company can edit the description, fuels, capabilities, hours, phone, quote email, website, logo link, minimum gallons, radius, and extra cities or states. The name, address, map point, verified flag, review score, featured dates, and published status stay with the directory so a listing cannot move its pin toward a bigger city.

Leads for that company show in the account. Mark them contacted, won, or lost. Response time starts to matter in the rank only after at least three quotes have been marked contacted.

Questions

Can I claim a listing and go live the same day?

Not from the public form. The claim waits for approval. An invite from the directory is the faster path when the listing was added for you.

Does claiming put us at number one?

No. Rank still depends on coverage, distance, and listing quality. Featured placement is separate and labeled.
