Cardlock or a delivered drop
A cardlock is a place the truck drives to. A bulk drop is a truck that comes to the yard or the job. They solve different days.

Use the card when the truck can leave
Highway trucks that already pass a cardlock can fuel without a delivery appointment. That is a good fit for a scattered fleet and a bad fit for a jobsite excavator, a heavy-haul combination on a permit, or a yard that wants every unit full before shift.
Some distributors on Bulk Fueling offer cardlock alongside delivery. The checkbox means they say it is part of the business. It does not turn the directory into a station map or a pump-price board.
Use the drop when the equipment stays put
If the fuel has to come to a tank or a hose has to come to the iron, you are in bulk delivery. Compare distributors that cover the ZIP and sell the fuel. Read tank wagon, transport, and wet hose before you send the quote.
A company can be right for cardlock and wrong for a night wet-hose. The profile is a list of claims you can check, not a single score that means “best at everything.”
Questions
Will Bulk Fueling show cardlock prices?
No. It does not publish pump prices. The distributor quotes the commercial terms.
Can I request delivery from a cardlock listing?
Yes, if the profile also lists delivery capabilities. If it only lists cardlock, say what you need and expect them to decline a wagon job.
